ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3 P.M. EASTERN TIME, WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

We take great care in shipping our chocolates to ensure that we preserve the highest of quality of our products. Within the United States, we use UPS to ship all our orders. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.**We DO NOT ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays**

We offer Standard (3-7 business days), 3rd day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air services within the continental U.S. (Saturday deliveries are only available with next day air service and are subject to an additional $20 charge.)

Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order ensure premium quality upon arrival.

The following states must be shipped at least 3rd day:
Arizona Nevada
California Oregon
Colorado Utah
Idaho Washington
Montana Wyoming

Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska must ship either 2nd Day or Next Day Air. These orders will arrive in 2 to 3 days and are subject to an additional $15 charge.

Local deliveries are limited to Palm Beach County, Florida. For local deliveries, we can guarantee next day delivery. For same day delivery in our local area, please call 561.967.2213.

Warm Weather

Due to the delicate nature of chocolates, during warm weather we may have to ship certain items Next Day Air. We use special insulated packing materials along with dry ice pac(s) to ensure the arrival of our products their finest condition. **WE CAN ONLY SHIP MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY DURING WARM WEATHER**
