Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you or the recipient of our chocolate is unhappy with the order, please contact us and we will either credit your account or replace the merchandise.

Please note: We do not guarantee shipping chocolate products using the Standard Ground Shipping option in the summer. The heat will melt the chocolate. We advise that you upgrade your shipping option to Overnight Shipping. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.

We are not responsible for entry of incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify the shipping address you enter before submitting your order.
